West Side small hallway to fire exit door exit door does not lock mechanism for alarm is no longer engaged... Dog waste in hallway come outlet cover missing, light fixture has been pulled from the ceiling and is taking other light fixture is not on.. dog waste also in washroom.. lights on the third floor are missing covers to the light fixtures throughout.. original wood railing on the third floor going down to the second floor needs to be properly secured without wiggle 2nd Floor 2nd floor west side, window door to access on the west side is not properly secured... Same issue on 2nd floor as the third floor dog waste on the carpet as well .. also along the west side 2nd floor hallway opening to the plumbing need to be secured ,.. missing doorway to storage room by washer second floor along with debris ... 2nd floor East Side second floor access panels to plumbing also off texture and paint is also required in a whole way along the east side.. hallway by stairs on north side also has animal waste.. door to the staircase on second floor on the north side door, mechanism closes the door but does not shut tight against doorjamb.. 2nd floor staircase area banisters still wobbly need to be secured... 1st Floor Carpet on the west side is damaged throughout does not reach the margins open access panel to plumbing is also open .. . electrical panel on the first floor washroom breaker shut-off improper labeling Found in basement level open electrical box... Hot water heaters to not have downpipe to the blow off valve... does not have 3 foot clearance to electrical panels because of piles of debris and carpet
01/22/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Follow-up inspection met with Tina of Werth Realty showed me to the third floor... Found light cover over 3rd floor what secured. All patches hallways and ceiling were painted over and all floors were vacuumed. Landing on the third floor stairway area all trash and debris were removed... all trash and debris was removed from 3rd floor storage room, and all cabling was put back into panel and panel was closed **3rd floor was abated Second floor stairway on east side light cover was put back on, plumbing access door by room 212 is also secured... Hallway carpeting wet by plumbing access was repaired and was drying out was a problem with the shower in that corner unit was repaired. Room 209 had the door ,the door exchanged... Floor throughout the second floor was vacuumed and cleaned **2nd floor abated First floor all patchwork in hallway and ceiling were painted over. First floor East stairwell missing a cover plate my exit sign was replaced. Window seals throughout 1st 2nd and 3rd floor we're all cleaned by management... Light fixture between first and second floor was replaced with a new one... carpet was all vacuum throughout the first floor no trash or debris **first floor abated Lobby area intercom system had no power to it and was removed no signs of wiring... areas called out in Nov or painted over throughout the lobby area... Security doors by cards we're all in place and both doors to the building as the well as doors to the apartments were locked and secured... ** lobby all abated Basement area - went to basement area found all trash and debris along electrical panels was still clean and cleared... both water heaters had down piping... One cover plate was installed to cover an electrical box in the ceiling in the basement... Basement all abated will move to close out this entire case with great cooperation of Werth Realty the management company.. Per management Tucson Fire Department also inspected the building and is working with them on fire violations .. will move to close out this case
