01/02/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.F.D. responded to an alarm call and had to cut the lock off the rear gate to enter the property to check for fire. The alarm went off and no able to locate a fire. T.F.D. inspector Niki called and needed assistance on doing a securement of the fencing where the fencing was cut to enter the property. Arrived and the property address was 4141 E. Irvington Rd. The gate was in the rear of the property and has an address of 4798 S. Julian Dr. on plywood posted on the fencing. Was able to place a chain and lock to secure the property and gave a set of keys to have placed in the lock box for T.F.D. The property is a vacant property and is secured through out. At this time the case will be closed and the fire inspector will be doing follow ups on way the system gave an alarm call. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
