Arrived and the units left the site and T.P.D. on site with people in the unit and were tresspassing. Did go inside and a water line did break in the closet of the north bedroom. The water was turned off at the meter. Have not been able to make contact with the realtor of the property from the sign that is posted in the front of the house. Did call Arcaiden Industries due to have 2-broken windows with in the rear of the house and 1-broken window on the west side of the house. The front door had a deadbolt and was able to lock the door with a plastic bag (2 doors secured). The electrical was turned off at the breaker and has double lugging. Placed a city lock on the electrical panel to not allow the power to be turned off. Will wait for the owner to call due to left several messages. RV. |
