Peddler violation: Female is selling tamales out of a cooler inside a shopping cart in front of east side entrance doors of Safeway, 1767 E Prince. I have witnessed her on several occasions, mostly in the late afternoons. Safeway management agrees that this is not allowed and is against store policy; however, the activity still occurs and other Safeway employees even encourage her to stay and offer to buy her product.
