Description:

12 foot or higher debris piled up in a massive amount including tv(s), mattresses, and lots and lots of tree branches,weeds, trash, and more. It is nearly touching a tree hanging over it, and to me presents a major fire hazard. This is the largest pile. Another pile located close by piled up full of mattresses. Complex is called "Tumbleweed Apartments" and this is on Roberts, between Bellevue and Venice.
