They also have placed tenant in a different location. Owner will be working on unit for approximately a week or so, also spoke to tenant he's okay waiting until the unit is cleaned up. No notice was given due to sewage was getting work on before I arrived. Verbal only will follow up in a week or so.
12/16/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LOPEZ Approved Spoke to manager again today, The Bio Hazard team should be done today, then new flooring tomarrow tenant should be back in by friday. Tenant was advised. follow up on monday the 21st As far as notes, I thought I did put all not in, I'll check, if not I will address and put today's notes in also as soon as I can.
