Description:
: My dad is 94 years old and walks every day. Unfortunately he is unable to walk very far because the sidewalk in front of this house is overgrown with weeds and the sidewalk is crumbling. There is also an alleyway and dip in the sidewalk just east of this house which is also overgrown with weeds and crumbling. I am not sure who is in charge of this area for cleaning up. There is a sign to the entrance of the alley that reads "Utility Easement. No Vehicles Allowed". He has almost fallen a few times and now does not even try to walk past this alley or house anymore. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
