Arrived on site stopped at managers office had signposted went home due to illness... Made contact with tenant, states has baseboard heating system throughout unit one unit in bedroom one unit in bathroom one unit in large living room and one unit in small living room and then tenant bought her own portable making 5 heating sources... States all of them are working however she feels not enough to warm the trailer... Maintenance was there last week to make sure everything was operational however still not satisfied... Called and left a message for managers advising them of the issue with the bugs that need to be sprayed, the kitchen window that needs to be sealed, and maintenance to go in there and make sure all heaters are operational one more time... Will follow up and 24 hours... Supervision was advised of case
02/22/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site to unit 57, Trailer now vacant spoke to management they released the tenant from her lease, and unit is vacant, will move to close out case
