Description:

This case was closed although there are dog faeces perpetually on the pedestrian walking easement at this address. Residents who are walking on this street see this on a daily basis. Please do not close this case without really verifying it. It is a constant issue and it is an incredible health hazard. The resident has a dog that is let out routinely and does not care that this area is a pedestrian easement. We have no sidewalks on this street and this area is the pedestrian walking area.
