Excess trash in ally. Old TV. Palm tree rubbish. Old blue tarp that originally Covered the gas meter until the winds blew it off. The neiborhood just had bulk and brush Pick up and this renter did not even bother. Request this be looked into so it does not continue I know it is an ally. But not a dumping ground. Thank you
