There was a broken fence post on the North side of the fence, which collapsed a section of fence and the gate. I knocked on the door, no response from the home owner. We propped up the fencing. Supervisor Martin R. requested that the fence be boarded up. Called Damian to board up fence and gate. He screwed a board across the posts to secure the fence and gate. The homeowner appeared and I explained the issue of the unsecure pool and other sections of fencing that needed to be repaired. Served him a hand-written NOV for hazadous pool. Spoke to supervisor Rick S. about how the homeowner didn't resopond to me knocking on the door. F/U 10 days. |
