Description:
Tenants have their chicken coop right against our north side fence their animals make a lot of mess that is going to our yard especially their stinky bathing water which they throw to our side of the fence. I believe that the coop is on the alley property line which from our fence to theirs should be three to four feet apart. sometimes their chickens will come to our yard. so in closing I would like to see if their are in violation of the alley ordinance and they would be require to move their coop.
