Pima Gardens Apartments 4345-4397 E. Pima St., Tuscany 4399 E. Pima St. These two apartment properties share an easement between the two properties that is gated. The easement is on the east side of one of them and the west side of another one. This easement constantly has tall grass and buffelgrass and various items that have been removed from apartments. Right now there are appliances on the south end of this easement on the Pima Gardens side of the easement and 3 foot tall grass on the Tuscany side of the easement. updated 11-30-15 illegal dumping on side between circle k and there property by dumpster
