11/19/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT NAVARRO Approved Visited site, inspected, founD as follows, there is a horse trailer that appeared to have some one habit the unit, talked to persons cleaning the rear property that were hired by the owner to remove all refuse from the property, I then asked if some one is living in the unit, they tated that they would not answer that question, I then asked if the knew the person that was supposabely living in unit, they stated that they are friends with that person, I then asked if he is on the premises, stated tha the was not, I then explained to them that the unit was going to be condemned and that no one was to be in unit after dark and tha tthe unit was going to be posted as keep vacant, I then explained that if some one was found in the unit after dark that they could be arrested for trespassing, they stated that the would pass the information on, I then posted the unit KEEP VACANT, I then talked to the manager of the auto repair and explained to him the status, he then gave me phone numbers to contact owners and himself if needed, will put in people section.
