11/25/2015 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.
11/25/2015 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(h) OUTDOOR STORAGE Outdoor storage on residential properties is prohibited under the following conditions: 1. When stored in the front yard. 2. When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

I was not aware of the property and let the son know that I would go to the property and call him back to let him know the status of the property. Arrived and the property has storage or trash and debris in the rear yard including the carport. Have been on the property before. Did call the son to let him know that a Notice of Violation will be sent and giving 10 days to clean the property. He was going to call the parents to let them know on what is being required. Will do N.O.V. RV.
12/17/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Some work has been done and did talk to the owner and she stated that she needs 1-week. The owner is under a care program and did talk to the person taking care of the owner. Did call the son to let him know what is going on with the property. The son was going to call to make sure that the property is cleaned up. Will check in 30 days. RV.
