Description:

Front of property is overgrown with vegetation and weeds. Very difficult to view anyone walking on sidewalk when backing out of my garage. Entire outside property has not been maintained since previous owners left over a year ago....suspect a renter occupies residence. Have made numerous requests with previous owners and current tenant..... No action. Worst I have seen this property in over 20 years!!

11/30/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MUNOZ Approved ON SITE; THERE WAS NO OVERGROWTH THROUGHOUT PROPERTY, CHECKED AREA THAT WAS CLAIMED TO BE BLOCKING RIGHT OF WAY, THERE WAS A SMALL AMOUT OF A SHRUB THAT COULD BE TRIMMED BACK A LITTLE MORE. SPOKE TO TENANT ASKED IF HE COULD TRIM BACK A LITTLE MORE AND KEEP ON TOP OF ANY TREE DROPPINGS. HE SAID HE WOULD. INSP DID NOT ISSUE NOTICE AS THERE WAS NO VIOLATIONS FOUND, WILL HOWEVER FWUP IN 10 DAYS TO MAKE SURE THE SHRUB WAS TRIMMED BACK.
