Description:

Weeds along wall of west easement and south easement. ADDED 2-24-16 Resident drives a tow truck. It leaks a huge amount of oil onto the street. The street is a mess in front of their house. He threw sand on it, but the tow truck is still leaking. There is so much oil in the street that it is an environmental hazard.
