One neighbor stated that the front door was open and he closed it. The two back doors were still open. There is refuse on the sidewalk, west side and north side easements, back yard and driveway. I called the owner and explained the issues and condition of his property. I explained that the tenants no longer reside there that he would be responsible for the abatement. F/U 10 days.
