Did not see active activity of the roaches but did see where dead roaches were in the cabinets and the drawers of the kitchen. Did find smoke detectors that were not working in the living room and the rear bedroom. Did have 2-smoke detectors working in the other bedrooms. Did talk to the management and the smoke detectors were repaired with replacing or installing new batteries and all were working before leaving the site. The unit has been treated in Octorber and the management did send me copies. The manager will have the unit treated again and the tenant has not asked for a treatment this month. Did give the Notice of Violation to the manager and will check in 10 days. RV. |
