The adjacent property owner of the wash that borders our property is Dorado Country Club Estates, Block 70. Their trees are encroaching on our property to the extent that trees are touching our roof and the limbs are overhanging our driveways. Additionally, in the past, this wash has been used by homeless people who have set up couches, radios - and importantly, in the past have set fires to cook. These trees provide coverage for these activities. The property manager located in Tucson is James Gillespie (520) 241-2020. I have two calls into the Property Mgr of Dorado Country Club Estates but have not received a return call.
