As per a site review of a Solar Panel permit application, it was noted on the 2014 aerial that a structure was constructed in the front yard attached to the dwelling that does not meet street perimeter building setbacks. It is possible that the structure was constructed without permits. A query of the permit history in Permits Plus for the address 9651 E 29th Street did not provide evidence of a permit for the carport structure in question
