ALL THE ABOVE DO NOT REQUIRE PERMITS!!! TRASH AND DEBRIS, GRASS AND WEEDS THRU OUT THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN REMOVE. CALLED AND SPOKE WITH NEW OWNER AS OF 10/22/2015, MR MORALES STATED THEY WILL BE ADDING A NEW BATHROOM AT THE S/W CORNER OF THE STRUCTURE. HE IS AWARE OF THE CARPORT BEING ENCLOSED WITHOUT PERMITS, AND HE KNOWS THE REAR PORCH WAS PROBABLY NOT PERMITTED. HE HAS CONTACTED A DRAFTS PERSON TO COME BY CONCERNING THE DRAWINGS AND WILL MAKE CHANGES TO REAR PORCH AND WILL PERMIT NEW BATHROOM. HE HASN'T YET HAD THE PROPERTY FOR A WEEK, AND ALL COMPLETED WORK DOES NOT REQUIRE PERMITS. MR MORALES STATED HE WILL CONTINUE WORK AND WILL PERMIT ALL NEW WORK. HIS LIVING IS FLIPPING HOUSES. NO VILATION / CLOSE CASE. |
