10/26/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved A permit is not required for a storage containers. Research has shown the present property owner purchased the home in mid August of this. It would then not be unreasonable to conclude the storage container is temporary in nature. I will make contact with the homeowner and advise that one of their new neighbors has complained to the Ward office about the container. I will advise the PO of the zoning restrictions regarding accessory structures in the front perimeter yard.
11/20/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE SMITH Approved Storage POD is still there a NOV was never sent back in OCT so I am starting over with this case from Dave Cox.
