10/26/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved I spoke at length with multiple members of management whom shed a great deal of light on the entire issue. It has been determined, by her own admission, the tenant removed her carpet and concocted the story about a flooring vendor mistakenly removeing her carpet and leaving abruptly after dicovering the mistake. Management has advised the tenant they will replace her flooring however she would be held financially responsible. Management stated the tenant's lease is up in December and that the tenant indicated she may be moving out of the complex. The management fruther advised that if the tenant has insect problems that she simply need to have her apt added to the shcedule for regular treatment intervals provided for all tenants. No further action by code enforcement at this point as this is a matter between the tenant and management.
