Next check hot water heater turned on hot water in bathroom 10 second later water flowed out hot, non issue...issue with roaches, did not see any live or dropping of roaches however and did see pesticides powder under kitchen sink along with Roach traps... Tried to turn on her baseboards heating without no luck... Check breakers they were on, however could not fire up baseboard heaters... Made contact with management gina was not in she will call me later today .. Gina called me back states she would send a maint man out to show tenant how to operate the heaters, would call her when we got off the phone .. will f/u |
