10/14/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT HOLLANDER Approved Spoke with tenant on the phone made arrangements to come and view the apartment. Viewed the damages in the apartment, minor leaks in the bedroom to the outside wall. Missing smoke detector in the bedroom. Tenant informed me that management is aware and has given her an option so they can repair. Spoke with management and confirmed that information. They are in process of trying to get this repaired based on those options. Check back in 2 weeks. Notified that smoke detector will need to be within 24 hours. Battery operated is OK.
