3rd floor, 340ish, at the end of the wall way where the ice machine is, it's a seperate room. Carpet ripped & wall open where the ice machine is, wood behind the wall exposed, dryer there by the leak for about a week, black stuff on the wood but it doesn't look like mold, after rain 10/6 there is alot of water might be a leak...

SPRINKLER HEAD WAS REPLACED AND SPRINKLER SYTEM RECHARGED THE NEXT DAY. (CALL WAS PLACED ON 10/6/2015) WAITING FOR DRYWALL CONTRACTORS TO REPLACE THE DRYWALL ALONG THE BASE BOARD. THERE ARE NO OTHER ISSUES, OWNERS HAVE EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL AND ALL WORK IS IN PROGRESS. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
