3rd floor, 340ish, at the end of the wall way where the ice machine is, it's a seperate room. Carpet ripped & wall open where the ice machine is, wood behind the wall exposed, dryer there by the leak for about a week, black stuff on the wood but it doesn't look like mold, after rain 10/6 there is alot of water might be a leak...

SPRINKLER HEAD WAS BROKEN 3 WEEKS AGO, FLOODED THE ROOM AND LEAKED DOWN THE WALLS. DRYWALL WAS CUT ABOVE THE BASEBOARD FANS ARE STILL ON THE WALLS IN THE ICE MACHINE ROOM AND STAIRWELL DOWN BELOW. ALL CARPET HAS BEEN DRYED OR REMOVED AND REPLACED. SPRINKLER HEAD WAS REPLACED AND SPRINKLER SYTEM RECHARGED THE NEXT DAY. (CALL WAS PLACED ON 10/6/2015) WAITING FOR DRYWALL CONTRACTORS TO REPLACE THE DRYWALL ALONG THE BASE BOARD. THERE ARE NO OTHER ISSUES, OWNERS HAVE EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL AND ALL WORK IS IN PROGRESS. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
