Nearest intersection: Broadway and camino seco Description of violation: The large weight bearing beam holding up my steps made a loud pop and now has a 1-2 inch gap on one end. It appears to be getting more of a gap every rain as the floors above me also are buckling outside above my door. I've told the apartment manager but it still hasn't been fixed
