: there has been water damage to the walls after our cooler leaked for 10 days all over the carpet in to the hall way and 2 of the bedrooms. there are roaches in our apartment no ones come to spray for them ive spoke to the manger about the carpet and water damage to the wall and the carpet smells of mildew and or mold when the cooler leaked they cleaned the carpet with there own carpet cleaner the carpet was still soaking wet and they just put a fan on it to dry it out 3 times the cooler had leaked on the carpet 2 times nothing was done about the carpet being soaked. then the ac broke we spent almost 2 weeks at the manger's apartment because they didnt fix the ac according to how it should of been done in the first place the apartment was nearly 90 degrees for 2 weeks we have children and dogs then the electric went out in our living room because of an outlet all of these things have been told to the owner and nothing has been done besides the ac being fixed the carpet was never changed when we moved in and it smells bad
