10/01/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Complaint no AC. Arrived on site saw 2 dwellings on property I'm assuming A&B. Gates locked to unit B could not get onto property to knock on door - no phone number or contact information provided. While on site did hear the AC kick on and cycle through. Went and knocked on the front unit no one home. Made phone contact with owner of the property States unit be had trouble with the AC around six weeks ago but was taken care of by a contractor in 2 days. With no more information provided and hearing AC's turned on while at the property I will move to close out this case as compliant
