Tall weeds and trash on north (Roger Rd.) and south (alley) boundaries of property. Abandoned vehicle (white Buick) parked on east side of property (Reno Blvd). This apartment complex has been reported for weed and trash violations numerous times Added 10/31/15 VIA WEB Weeds and tall grass growing in the canal beside the Talavera Apts. The canal is right next to Flowing Wells Rd. and very unsightly. The city needs to clean these canals occasionally. The trash and weeds are abundant.
