Did go over the banner on the side of the property not facing a street will have to be removed and no permit will be issued at those location due to lacking a street. In the front of the buildings, they do have a banner on the building going up and down on the corner and went over if they had a permit that the banner would be OK. They have a banner at the entrance on a metal frame and went over that a banner has to be on a building and not a frame or masonry wall. Due to no permits, all the banners need to be removed. Did serve a N.O.V. and the assist. manager signed the paper work. They will try and get a permit for one of the banners and did go over that the banner will only allow one per property facing the street. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
