PRINCE ROAD PROPERTY LLC ATTN: ANDREW PONGRATZ
Description:
Dumping of trash, furniture, mattresses, loose items, wood, etc. on our street. Have talked with the men that dump the items and the man in charge of the dumping before (Andy Pongratz of Pongratz Properties) before and they will not stop dumping things on our street. They say its okay since they pay Brush and Bulky to take it away. It is not okay though since it repeatedly sits on the side of our road for weeks to months before it is picked up. This decreases property values, acts as a local dump, litters the road with nails and glass, is ugly, and is straight up embarrassing when people come to visit. I have proof with photos of how long the trash stays there before picked up, a bag of the nails and debris left behind from the last pickup, and have spoken to other residents on the streets who are equally not happy due to this dumping. Please help us and get this guy to quit using our street as his dumping site.
