Description:
WEEDS THROUGHOUT PARCEL added 10/7/15 via web' 1. Homeowner is piling a large amount of bagged garbage in backyard causing odor and cockroaches to infest the area. Trash includes all household waste; Plastics, fast food containers, paper waste, cans, etc. The homeowner does not use a trash bin or the shared trash bin in the alleyway to rid trash and places it in the backyard instead. The pile is approx. 10' x 12' and several feet high. Pictures can be supplied if needed. The trash can not be seen from alleyway due to owner placing it behind a retaining wall and grows daily. 2. Homeowner does not keep the pool in working order and is swamp green. There is now a high concentration of mosquitoes that are affecting all that live in the area. The pool is producing a foul odor when temperatures are high. 3. Homeowner has overgrown weeds and shrubs in both the backyard and front yard.
