Description:
Backside of apartments (on Douglas st) is littered with trash and overgrown weeds, dead trees and vegetation. We have contacted the mgrs multiple times every couple of months about this issue. The building code originally required vegetation to be growing along the fence..that is live vegetation. The fence is in shambles and the repairs they have made are very unsightly reducing the value of the homes along Douglas St.
