Arrived and the unit #2301 was getting power from #2302 with a small gauge wires. The unit #2302 had the electrical removed by T.E.P. and has a blue tag. The wiring was tapped in the lugs on the hot side of the panels on both sides. The wiring was removed while on site. Did take pictures and the maintainence did secure the units. #2302 was vacant at the time and the locks were being changed due to the key has broken in the deadbolt. The tenants for #2301 were no where on site and T.P.D. had not seen them while on site. Did the posting on both units of "Do Not Enter" on the front of the units. The maintenance did sign the paper work and gave a card. Pictures are for both units are in SIRE under this case. Will check in 10 days. RV. |

Did meet with the manager and they called the maintenance to check if they were working on the unit and stated no. The maintenance was going to have the unit secured. No work has been done and just move the plywood from the window in front due to the slider has been replaced and able to secure the window. They are still waiting for the electrician to check the electrical panels where tampered to get power from another unit. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
