ONE UNIT WAS OCCUPIED BY THE OWNER, TWO WERE OPENED AND UNSECURED AND ONE UNIT WAS SECURED. ALL UNITS WERE FILLED WITH TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE UNITS, DEBRIS WAS PILED HIGH ESPECIALLY IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVINGROOM AREAS. FOUND NO ELECTRIC TO THREE OF THE UNITS AND AND NO WATER THRU OUT THE 4-PLEX. CALLED DAMIEN TO SECURE ALL UNITS, TRYING TO GET BOARD UP STARTED BEFORE DARK. ** OWNER WAS LIVING IN THE S/E UNIT WITH NO WATER, WATER HAD BEEN TURNED OFF IN 2004. CHECKED LIGHTS IN THE UNIT AND FOUND NO LIGHTS WORKING, ORIGINALLY THOUGHT THERE WAS NO ELECTRIC BUT FOUND REFRIGERATOR WORKING AND TV IN THE BDRM ALSO WORKING. LIVING CONDITIONS WERE BAD THRU OUT THE UNIT, BUT OWNER STATED SHE TAKES A BATH AND USES THE BATHROOM AT THE NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET. SPOKE WITH BELINDA YOUNG ACROSS THE STREET AND SHE DID CONFIRM THAT SON TERRY DAHLSTOM PAYS HER TO LOOK AFTER ESTHER AND USE THE BATHROOM AND TO GET OUT OF THE HEAT WHEN SHE IS WORING AT THE 4-PLEX. ** CALLED SON TERRY EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, TERRY MENTIONED HE WAS AT THE HOSPITAL WITH HIS SON. THIS IS A LONG TERM SITUATION AND WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PICK HIS MOTHER UP UNTIL 8:30 PM. MENTIONED HIS MOTHER IS 80 YRS OLD AND VERY STUBBORN, SET IN HER WAYS. TERRY MENTIONED HE MAY NEED TO FIND A MOTEL FOR HIS MOTHER TO STAY IN FOR THE WEEK UNTIL OTHER ARRANGEMENTS COULD BE MADE. TERRY DID FIND A MOTEL FOR HIS MOTHER. LISTENING TO ESTHER TALK TO HER CHILDREN ON THE PHONE, IT BECAME MORE EVIDENT TO ME THAT SHE WAS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. ALSO MRS DAHLSTOM DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE THE UNIT SHE WAS LIVING IN . ** DAMIEN DID SECURE ALL FOUR UNITS (8 DOORWAYS), FRONT AND REAR DOORS. MRS DAHLSTOM ENDED UP STAYING OVER NIGHT WITH BELINDA YOUNG AND A MOTEL ROOM WAS SET UP FOR 1 WEEK FOR MRS DAHLSTOM BY SON TERRY DAHLSTROM. ** FOUND THAT INSPECTOR VINDIOLA DOES HAVE A OPEN COURT CASE WITH THE OWNER, FOR ALL THE EXTERIOR TRASH AND DEBRIS, JMV'S, AND GRAFFITI. THE INTERIOR TRASH AND DEBRIS WILL ALSO NEED TO BE ADDRESSED DUE TO THE UNSECURED UNITS AND INTERIOR DEBRIS ISSUE FOUND BECAUSE OF THE RECENT UNSECURED UNITS.
