08/04/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site at 6:00 AM and no one on site. Did find comercial trucks in the driveway for a landscape business. One truck did have a trailer connected to the truck and had 2-other trailer in front of the trucks toward the front of the house that were ready to be connected to a vehicle. Was not able to enter the property due to the gate was locked. Did get the phone number to call the owner. Did find a patio lounge chair in the front of the driveway inside the fenced area and is not trash and debris. Does have other items along the wood fence in the driveway and those are organized and not blocking access to the driveway. Does have a wood frame porch added to the front of the manufacture home and bearing weight on the home. Will check for permit on the porch. At this time nothing will be done on the lounge chair and the items on the wood fence. Will do N.O.V. for the comerical trucks and the porch if no permit was issued. RV.
12/11/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved No trucks on the property and was able to talk to the person who owns the trucks. He has met with zoning and not able to park the trucks on the property. He is moving out of the property and will be out by the end of the month. He will call when is completed on the move. He has not parked the trucks on the property since he met with zoning. Will check in 30 days. RV.
