07/24/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, FRONT YARD WAS CLEAN EXCEPT FOR CHILDRENS TOYS THAT WERE SCATTERED AROUND THE YARD BUT NOT IN VIOLATION. REAR YARD HAD A SIX FOOT WALL AROUND 3 SIDES OF THE PROPERTY THAT EXTENDED FROM EACH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE ITSELF AND INCLUDED A GATE. THE REAR YARD COULD NOT BE SEEN FROM PUBLIC VIEW FROM ANY DIRECTION. I DID LOOK OVER THE WALL FROM MY TRUCK AND DID FIND THAT THE OWNER HAD 4 CEMENT/ STUCCO MIXERS, SCAFFOLDING AND SCAFFOLD PLANKS, A PILE OF PRICK PAVERS AND OTHER MINOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS THAT WAS ORIGANIZED IN THE REAR YARD AREA. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO STATED LAURIE PHUMPHREY HAD ISSUED A NOTICE ON A 3-PLEX THAT HE OWNS TO FENCE THE PROPERTY, ONCE HE DID PEOPLE STARTED STEALING HIS EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS SO HE HAD TO BRING THEM TO HIS PROPERTY, NOW IN THE REAR YARD. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIS PERSONAL PROPERTY PLACED IN THE REAR YARD OUT OF SIGHT OF PUBLIC VIEW AS IT IS NOT TRASH OR DEBRIS. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE
