I explained this issue to the manager and she stated that she would have maintenance look at the cool. The maintenace guy would be there around 4 o'clock. I issued a handwritten NOV to the manager and ask her to call or text me when the cooler was working properly, and then I would call the tenant to confirm the cooler was working. I received a text message from the manager that the cooler was working, I called the tenant and he confirmed that the cooler was working. Close case. |
