07/10/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT HOLLANDER Approved Arrived on site observed a silver Toyota Venza license number handicap BNB09 had run into the front of the glass window wall. It also pushed in the demiseing wall and stud about 4 to 6 inches. At the center point of the damage roughly 8 inches. A notice of violation has been filled out for permits required. An indemnification notice was given to property Manager. The tenant was notified to clean up the area. Business is left open. A&B glass has been called out to do the repair. I will check back on the board up on Monday.
09/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE HOLLANDER Approved All work completed. After confering with other inspectors it was determined not to be a bearing wall and a permit was not needed. Close case.
