07/07/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from Rick Saldate that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured structure. Arrived and T.P.D. on site and the structure has some of the windows opened or has broken glass on the windows. The doors on the house were locked but the windows are opened in different areas. Has corrigated iron building in the rear of the property and has an opening for a window and the door was not able to lock. There was nothing in the shed. The electrical box has double lugging and has wiring that connects A and B that needs to be removed on the exterior of the house. The property was being cleaned and has piles of the cuttings through out the property ready for pick up for trash. Rick has made contact with the owner and stated that she was on her way but never showed to the property. The owner was given until tomorrow to have the property secured or the City of Tucson will take action to have the property secured. The owner was advised that T.P.D. on site due to calls have come in that people are staying on the property. Will check tomorrow. RV.
07/08/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved T.P.D. was on site and did find some of the openings covered but was not completed. Did get permission by Rick Saldate supervisor to board up the remaining openings to have the building secured. Did call Arcaiden Industries to have the openings secured. Board up of 1-2' x 3' window on the house, 1-3' x 3' window on the shed and a 1' x 2' on the side of the shed. Did screw the wood door on the shed and the rear window on the house. Will check in 10 days. RV.
