07/10/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Emergency call out 07/10/15 arrived on site met with tenant of unit 217 .. states there is a problem with the breakers and the electricity causing AC units not to be working and her refrigerator not to be cooling.. Met with maintenance man on site already knew of the situation on this unit. States breaker is going bad and the voltage is fluctuating already has gotten with the electrical contractor for this complex will be switching out the Breakers for unit 217.. Caolled and spoke with the electrician states TEP has to come in to cut power to that bank of meters for him to take care of the bad breaker already has a call into them and also a permit to do the work trying to get it done by Monday. supervisor on site with inspector move to close down unit. because of the hazardous fluctuation of voltage to the unit. Management already had given tenant another unit to use, and maintenance would move the tenants bed however tenant refused and would make arrangements on her own. posted notice an unfit to occupy posting app front window. breakers to the unit were shut off by the maintenance crew. will follow up on Monday
07/14/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved arrived on site met with manager.. all was done this morning units are all up and running , city inspector final the permit. called and spoke to the electrical contractor all was done all is up and running and also verified the city inspector passed everything. Management was going to contact tenant and they would remove the placards once the tenant comes back will close out case
07/14/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site for follow up did not see any workers are TEP on site. Met with management states TEP did not get complete notification and needed more paperwork from management before shutdown. all paperwork was wrapped up today with TEP and management TEP will be out tomorrow to shut power and the electrician to do his job .. unit is still vacant called and spoke to tenant advise her of todays situation. will follow up tomorrow
