06/24/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT SMITH Approved Met with renter and Maintance personnel and the A/C is working fine they need to keep it between 70-80 not at 60 where it will frezz up. I explined to the renter that they are over working the A/C unit and that is why it maynot be working at times, check with manager and they have just one work order for the A/C unit and that was called in at the 1st of the month. The have been no request for parts to be order for the unit. They have had to change out the filter 2 times this month because of the dirt and hair in the filter. There was no Rodent Infestation.
