07/07/2015 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-14. Dilapidated structures; vacant and unsecured structures; buildings and structures constituting a nuisance. (a) Dilapidated structures. Buildings or structures that are so deteriorated, damaged, dilapidated, or in need of repair so as to present a threat to the health, safety and welfare of the community constitute a nuisance and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation or demolition as provided in Article VI of this chapter.
07/07/2015 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-14(b)(3) ABATEMENT OF VACANT AND UNSECURED BUILDINGS. When ordered abated, a vacant and unsecured building shall be cleaned and secured as follows: a. All accumulated refuse that poses a fire or health hazard within or upon the property or premises shall be removed; and b. All unsecured doorway, windows, or exterior openings shall be barricaded in accordance with standards established by the code official, which shall be kept on file with the city clerk, and in accordance with section 16-12(a)(3) of this chapter; and c. Both the structure and the exterior premises shall be posted with signs that provide reasonable notice prohibiting entry (i.e., "No Trespassing" signs).

06/19/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT CBIGMAN Approved Walked property found a few loose board on property. Garage bldg, board was removed, bldg located on the south side of the property the window was broken, metal shed at the back the board located at the back end of the shed was loose, front door the board over the door was removed but the door was secured, lots of screws coming loose. Contacted vendor had the property resecured. A message was also sent to the City Prosecutor to make them aware of the complaint on the property.
07/02/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE CBIGMAN Approved LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON MGMT RECIEVED A CALL REGARDING PROPERTY BEING UNSECURED. FOUND METAL SHED LOCATED AT THE BACK END OF THE PROPERTY HAD THE BOARDS AND THE WINDOW REMOVED COMPLETELY. FRONT SIDE DOOR WAS PARTIALLY KICKED OPEN EXPOSING INTERIOR. HAD BOTH THE WINDOW APPROX 4 X 4 AND DOOR RESECURED.
