The complainant alleges a new structure was built without a permit. Upon investigation there was no structure built. There is a self service Ice machine on the property not a structure. The appliance is not functioning as of yet, no electrical power to the machine and it is secured by a temporary chain link fence. Furthermore there is an active permit, T15CM03183, in plan review at this time. Will follow up in 30 days to insure permit has been issued.
