JMV's, outside storage violation and zoning violation. There are various JMV's on this property as well as storage violations such as trailers. Currently there are (2) Toyota 4-Runners on jacks as well as a junked pickup with axle on the ground that has been there for years. The zoning violation is that this parcel is zoned R-2 and someone seems to be operating some sort of vehicle junkyard/repair shop out of their residence.
