07/15/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT LOPEZ Approved Was called out for stagnet water in pool, after doing inspection found that property had a unsecured pool also. Called Real homes and advised of violation, they gave me number of Safeguard who manages the property, they said they would make a ticket for violations, I advised that I needed someone to secure property with-in the hr. that I would stand by till secured, if not secured with-in the Hr. the city will secure. ( per supervisor. ) 15 day to comply on other violations. Docs will be in Sir.
