06/17/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved PRIOR TO INSPECTION I CALLED MANAGER TESS WHO WAS NOT AWARE OF THE COMPLAINT STATED SHE HAD DONE WORK TO THE UNIT AND HAS WORK ORDERS FOR THE UNIT BUT HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY RECENT COMPLAINTS. UPON ARRIVAL I MET WITH TESS WHO PROVIDED SIX WORK ORDERSTHAT HAD ALL BEEN COMPLETED SINCE THE TENANT MOVED IN ON MARCH 1. TESS STATED TENANT IS CURRENT ON RENT, BUT IS UPSET BECAUSE TENANT'S BOYFRIEND IS STAYING WITH HER AND WILL NOT SIGN A OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT OR GET A BACKGROUND CHECK. VISITED UNIT #109, KNOCKED ON DOOR BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. CALLED THE TENANT JANE AND IDENTIFIED MYSELF STATED MANAGMENT WAS NOT AWARE OF WORK NEEDING TO BE DONE. JANE STATED SHE DID NOT FILL OUT A WORK ORDER. I ASKED HOW MANAGEMENT WAS SUPPOSE TO KNOW WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. JANE DID GET UPSET AND STATED MANAGER JUST WANTS TO KICK HER OUT. I ASKED JANE IF WHE WOULD CALL WITH A GOOD TIME FOR ME TO INSPECT THE APARTMENT. JANE STATED SHE WOULD CALL WHEN SHE GOT HOME. I TRIED INSPECTING THE PROPERTY AT ABOUT 10:15 AM AND AS OF 3:30 PM HAVE NOT RECEIVED I CALL FROM JANE. I SPOKE WITH RICK S EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. RICK ASKED I GO AHEAD AND CLOSE CASE, IF THE TENANT DOES CALL TO RE OPEN CASE. IF I DO INSPECT THE UNIT RICK ASKED I WRITE DETATILS AND GIVE THE MANAGER A LIST OF REPAIRS. WORK ORDERS ON UNIT #109 WILL BE PLACED IN SIRE. NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. NO VERIFY / CLOSE CASE.
