There was a trailer which would be towed by an OTR or other commercial truck parked in the loading zone behind either the Party City or the Kirkland store. A trailer in a loading zone is not prohibited nor is it required to be included as a structure on the site plan. The trailer is however parked over a number of parking spaces. I'll have a look at the development plan to determine if these spaces are required parking for the development as a whole or simply additional spaces for another use.
